- Send your logo: A vector file such as an EPS or PDF is ideal. We can work from other files, though some may need redrawing for a small charge.
- Approve your quote: We email a full quotation for your approval. Payment is taken upfront for personalised orders.
- We embroider or print in-house: Your order is usually ready in 7 to 10 working days from approval and payment, then delivered anywhere in the UK.
There's no minimum order on the majority of our garments, with discounts for quantity. Logo set-up is a one-off charge, so reorders are simple and set-up-free.

Can I supply my own garments for you to embroider?
Yes, you can supply your own garments and we'll advise if they're suitable for print or embroidery. Free delivery only applies to garments we supply, so delivery on customer-supplied garments is charged at cost.
