Standard Turnaround

Our standard turnaround time for personalised garments is 7–10 working days from artwork approval and receipt of full payment.

During busy periods, turnaround times may be slightly longer. Please contact us before ordering if you require your garments by a specific date.

If you need your order sooner, please call us on 01246 554884. An express service may be available for an additional charge, subject to production capacity.

We offer:

FREE UK mainland delivery on orders of £149 + VAT or more

Orders below £150 + VAT are charged at:

£7.95 + VAT

Additional delivery charges may apply to the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man and BFPO addresses.

We do not normally ship outside the UK without prior agreement. Please contact us before ordering if you require international delivery.

Any required garment or logo tests have been approved

Full payment has been received
